The Brewer’s Apprentice is Calgary's largest growler store. We believe beer is best enjoyed fresh.  

At The Brewer’s Apprentice, we celebrate craft beer. Our goal is to showcase great breweries and great styles while supporting the Alberta grain, malting and brewing industry.  

We have 48 rotating taps and feature many Alberta favorites — including new releases and limited editions! Whether you're a long-time enthusiast or a new beer explorer, we understand that too many choice can be overwhelming. That’s why in addition to ample selection, we also offer free samples and friendly advice. It’s important to us to make sure you take home a new favorite, the right pairing or an exciting new style. 
 

The Brewer’s Apprentice is passionate about quality beer and learning more about it.  We endeavor to always improve our knowledge and processes because we want our customers to experience the best beer can offer. In an effort to share that appreciation with you, we offer:

Not a beer lover? Don't worry. We've dedicated some of our taps to cocktails, cider and kombucha, and also offer a small selection of boutique wines and craft seltzers. We pride ourselves on having a little something for everyone.
